DMC leases another warehouse

The Epping building contains 582 square metres of office space over two floors, attached to a warehouse.

Direct Mail Corporation has leased a new Epping warehouse to accommodate its third party logistics arm.

The occupier has signed a five year lease for the 5346 square metre building, 24 Jersey Drive – paying a starting annual net rent of $450,000.

About 10 per cent of the premises is fitted out as an office.

There are also 66 car parks.

GrayJohnson’s Matt Hoath represented the tenant; CBRE’s Daniel Eramo manages the building (story continues below).

The commitment comes three years since DMC sublet its former Richmond headquarters to Harvey Norman and relocated to Heidelberg West, and a complex once tenanted to Bossini.

The company has carried out direct post, printing and letterbox mail delivery since 1964.

It only recently expanded into 3PL, where it has experienced rapid growth.
