Developer employs Tim Mathieson to sell apartments
The developer which recently appointed would-be-prime minister Julia Gillard’s partner, Tim Mathieson, to sell its luxury apartments has sought ministerial approval for a landmark skyscraper opposite Queen Victoria Market and Flagstaff Gardens.
Ubertas Group plans to demolish an existing two-level office building at 330 – 360 William Street for one of two proposals: a 50 level tower with 626 apartments or a smaller complex, with 35 floors and 476 dwellings.
