Developer drops $12m for Toowoomba block
Boldstone has bought another Toowoomba housing estate site.
The Brisbane based builder paid $12.15 million for the four hectare block, permit-ready for 52 lots.
Covering 20-42 Dallang Road and 588-592 Hume Street, Middle Ridge, the village will be branded The Darling.
Boldstone is also behind the 32.8ha Walermare estate in the area, with 93 lots, from 2250-9878 sqm.
JLL’s Liam Peterson and Jake Burrowes were the agents.
The deal comes a month since we reported another Middle Ridge site, 542-558 Hume St – spreading 8.55h – sold for $23.7m, also to a residential developer – Shayher Group.
