Not for profit divests inner Brisbane sites

Mater has sold two Stanley Street sites: 580-582 (marked, left) and 620 (right).

Mater has sold two South Brisbane retail investments some hundred metres from each other.

The not-for-profit health group is banking $10.85 million from separate investors.

The largest property, 620 Stanley Street, covering 1075 square metres, including the Mater Foundation headquarters, fetched $7.9m.

The other assets, 582 Stanley St, the c1928 Lenehan’s Building, and 580 Stanley, reaped $2.95m following a deal settling October.
