CouriersPlease relocates within Mulgrave

CouriersPlease will relocate its eastern and southern suburb parcel delivery centre within Mulgrave.

The occupier has just signed a three year lease for a 3.3 hectare, 13,000 square metre facility at 227 Wellington Road, owned by PDV Developments.

It will quit Salta’s nearby 2-22 McDonalds Lane.

The occupier also tenants a four year Truganina warehouse servicing the northern and western suburbs.

TMX director Nick Greenwell represented CouriersPlease (story continues below).

“This new parcel delivery centre in Mulgrave will provide [the tenant] the ability to develop a purpose-built facility to meet their medium and long-term growth objectives,” the consultant said.

The site is opposite the heritage protected ex-Peters Ice Cream factory which has been making way for a business park including an office Nissan occupies as a headquarters.

Last month we reported Ryman Healthcare paid $30.08m for a 4.7ha block in the suburb with plans for a predominantly low-rise aged care facility.

Mulgrave is about 21 kilometres from the CBD.
