Clinton Casey’s Outgoing Avon Court Mansion, Hawthorn, Expected to Set New Price Record
Avon Court shares a side fence with what could be Hawthorn’s most expensive home, Invergowrie, which sold to Coogi boss Jacky Taranto for $10.75 million in 2002, and is expected could fetch more than $20 million today given it is on a bigger block.
Kay & Burton is marketing Avon Court via an expression of interest campaign closing early December.
