Cladding group expands at Tullamarine

Frasers Property Industrial has filled part of a business park in Melbourne’s north west Tullamarine prior to it being vacated.
Alclad Architectural, which produces cladding, has signed up for the 5299 square metre space with 51 car parks, Warehouse A, 25-29 Jets Court (pictured, top).
The occupier will expand from 60 Allied Drive – a 2075 sqm building now for lease asking $350,000 per annum net.
Colliers’ Mitch Purcell wouldn’t reveal what it is paying with FPI but said local effective rent have grown about 20 per cent in the past 12 months.
Completed in 2007, the Jets Court estate covers 2.8 hectares, with c15,544 sqm about 14 kilometres from town.
Boeing Defence Australia occupies another part.
Alclad will replace Quickstep Holdings, which controls Quickstep Aerospace Services.
Also today we are reporting FPI secured SJ Display Group to the bulk of an 8590 sqm office/warehouse it is building speculatively in Dandenong South.
