Chemist Warehouse executives buy historic Adelaide building
Chemist Warehouse executives have snapped up another high profile property, this time in Adelaide’s Rundle Mall.

Via the National Retail Group they established and co-own, the outlay for #150-154 is $10.85 million.
With 813 square metres in three triple storey tenancies, former occupiers include Boost Juice, Bailey Nelson, Silk Laser Clinic and UGG.
Developed in the 1860s and heritage listed, it was offered vacant on behalf of private investors who held eight decades.
NRG intends to amalgamate the three ground floor tenancies, it is speculated for recently ASX-listed Chemist Warehouse.
The group has form buying spectacularly located properties to occupy including recently at Griffith, New South Wales.
In other cases, it has purchased assets from the landlord.
Chemist Warehouse presently trades from 160 Rundle Mall – Unihouse – at the north west corner of Pulteney Street.
