Chatswood Chambers sold
Linfield Developments has sold a B-grade Chatswood office for $56 million.
The 1960s, 6765 square metre building rising 13-level at 815 Pacific Highway is trading to a local investor, sources say.
Six years ago, the 1657 square metre site was the subject of an unsuccessful planning application for a 35-storey commercial complex with top floor restaurant.
The sale price reflects a fully let 4.9 per cent income yield (story continues below).
The office, also known as Chatswood Chambers, has a short two year Weighted Average Lease Expiry.
It is six per cent vacant.
