Charter Hall secures QLS to west Sydney industrial park

The QLS Logistics warehouse (outlined) is due for completion next year.

QLS Logistics has signed a 10 year lease for an industrial facility Charter Hall is constructing in Sydney’s west.

The 21,810 square metre office/warehouse within the Huntingwood East Logistics Park, at Blacktown, is due for completion mid next year.

The occupier is presently based at Granville.

It also has facilities in Brisbane (Hemmant), Melbourne (Dandenong South) and in Perth, at Cannington (story continues below).

The Huntingwood East Logistics Park investment, at 421-427 Flushcombe Road, is held by two Charter Hall managed trusts: Prime Industrial Fund and Core Logistics Partnership.

The QLS lease comes three months since the manager secured a 29.4 hectare Eastern Creek industrial development site from Western Sydney Parklands Trust.
