CFS to Sell North Sydney Office Building

COLONIAL First State is hoping to reap some $40 million from the sale of  a North Sydney office building it has listed for sale.

The 6663 square metre A-grade, fully-let building is at 32 Walker Street. CB Richard Ellis is the marketing agent.
