Townhouses to replace ex-Moreton Bay bowls club
Actum Property Group has swooped on the former Deception Bay Club, also known as the Bowls Club, with plans to proceed with a permitted townhouse project.
The 7592 square metre block, 32 Bayview Terrace, at the south west corner of Bailey Road, set it back $4.25 million.
Nine offers came in following a campaign launched mid-last year.
The land came approved for 42 townhouses.
