CFS Makes $14 Million From the Sale of Shops Abutting Forest Hill Chase, Melbourne

CFS acquired the shops when it purchased the shopping centre for $214. 5 million in late 2005.

Gross Waddell’s Tim Darcey and Raoul Salter marketing the surplus retail assets for CFS.
