Anthony Bursztyn is the mystery buyer of an $11.2 million Toorak mansion acquired before auction in January.
The six bedroom with two studies initially had a $10m-plus guide.
It doesn’t have a tennis court but spreads two blocks.
It is the suburb’s second priciest deal this year – after Andrew McManus’ Orrong Road home exchanged for $13m, also in January.
