The Buchan Group’s David Martin joins m3property as CEO

Advisory and valuation firm, m3property, has appointed a new chief executive officer.

David Martin (pictured, top) will set up at Melbourne’s Bourke Place following a career as chief executive officer with The Buchan Group, which in 2015 established a global alliance with Nikken Sekkei.

Grant Jackson – who for the last 10 years has filled a dual role as m3property director and chief executive officer – said Mr Martin would work with other leaders across the company’s national network.

“David’s appointment reflects a key milestone in the evolution of the company,” Mr Jackson said.

“He brings to m3property a wealth of invaluable knowledge and skills that will be of enormous benefit in setting the strategy and future direction of the company to realise our full potential as the leading independent valuations and advisory firm in Australia.

“We are extremely lucky to have a person of the calibre of David fill this key role within the organisation.

“He is well-credentialed and a proven performer who is highly regarded across the business community for his natural people and communication skills and his ability to deliver results,’’ Mr Jackson added.
