Collette Dinnigan lists luxury beach house

Collette Dinnigan and Bradley Cocks built the home three years ago.

Designer Collette Dinnigan and her husband, prestige real estate agent, Bradley Cocks, have listed the luxury beachfront Rosedale home rebuilt after a former one was destroyed by fire three years ago.

The Rosedale property carries c$4.9 million price hopes.

The four bedroom, three bathroom dwelling, 77 Yowani Road, is expected to sell for more than c$4.9 million.

The pair paid $950,000 five years ago – using the ex two bedroom shack as a getaway.

They were living in Italy when it burnt.

Mr Cocks, who directs Di Jones Bowral, with Belle Property Batemans Bay, is handling the disposal.

The listing comes four years since Ms Dinnigan sold her eponymous company’s former Surry Hills, Sydney, headquarters, for $6m (story continues below).

The former fibro-cement shack at 77 Yowani Road.

Off the grid

The pair incorporated uber green features as part of the 77 Yowani Rd rebuild; it is 95 per cent off the grid. There is also a gas fire place and back to base alarm.

The site overlooks North Rosedale Beach.

A Tesla charger and Powerball is near two car parks while there is an outdoor copper rain shower, and garden with drought tolerant plants, too. The site spreads 566 square metres.

Ms Dinnigan and Mr Cocks now live full time in the Southern Highlands.
