Brighton Property Prices Increase for Warne Family

The glamour couple is understood to have returned home from an extended holiday overseas, to news the real estate market has gone gangbusters while they’ve been away.

Local agents say Simone’s Albert Road home, built during a separation from Shane last year, may have increased in value by more than a million since the start of 2007 alone.

Earlier this year, Shane sold his Middle Crescent Federation home for a price speculated to be around $8 million. This may have been about $2 million less than what the sportsman was initially hoping, but still a nifty million profit on what he paid buying and extensively renovating it.

With Shane’s Middle Crescent house now off the market, the most expensive home in Brighton at the moment is that of former JB Hi Fi boss Richard Bouris. The property at 86 The Esplanade is expected to sell for around $10 million.

Shane is renting a house near Simone and the family, sources say.
