Botany warehouses fetch $11.2m

An industrial investment neighbouring the enormous ex-Standard Knitting Mills factory, at Botany, has sold.

The two warehouses, 36-38 Sir Joseph Banks Street, fetched $11.2 million.

The combined building area is 1706 square metres.

The land is 2384 sqm.

One tenancy is occupied, to Burson Auto Parts (continues below).

One of the Sir Joseph Banks Street warehouses is leased to Burson.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Nick Mallett and Jake Savery acted for the vendor, the Kourouche family.

Also this month, we reported Goodman paid $13.5m for a 3485 sqm Botany site to extend its Portair Industrial Estate.
