Bill Guest lists former Thomastown showroom

Former Melbourne Football Club board member and founder of furniture retailer The Guest Group, Bill Guest, is selling a former Thomastown showroom.

The 5191 square metre site carries a c$3 million guide.

It contains a 2973 sqm improvement.

Being vacant, it could trade to another occupier.

Guests rose to prominence in the 1970s before being sold to Freedom Furniture in 1999.

Mr Guest has developed many bulky goods centres in metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victorian towns.

The Thomastown asset is being marketed by Jones Lang LaSalle’s David Butera.
