Bible College of Victoria Reaps $8.525 Million From Sale of Long Time Lilydale Campus

The 69 – 81 Albert Hill Road site abuts the Maroondah Highway and a proposed Lilydale bypass road.

An adjoining 7500 square metre residential development site at 10 Victoria Road sold for $1.8 million, while a 3400 square metre site at 67 Albert Hill Road traded for $825,000.

Colliers International’s Tim Grant and Peter Bremner marketed the Lilydale property for the Bible College of Victoria.

Next year the school will relocate to a new more centrally located campus it has recently purchased in Wantirna.
