Barwon picks up Monash Specialist Centre suites

Barwon Investment Partners, for its Healthcare Property Fund (BHPF) has outlaid $5.3 million for three suites within the Monash Specialist Centre, at Clayton.

Fully leased to I-Med Radiology, the 529 square metre space – suites 1-3 – last traded for $4.465m in 2019.

The building, 212-220 Clayton Road, also accommodates the Sir John Monash Private Hospital, Melbourne Haematology and a Dorevitch Pathology branch.

Monash Children’s Hospital and the Monash Medical Centre are in the immediate vicinity (story continues below).

Clayton is about 18 kilometres south east of Melbourne.

Yesterday we reported Barwon paid the Cancer Council SA a speculated price of just over $10 million for a 55-rooom lodge at Adelaide’s Eastwood.
