Bambis leases Truganina warehouse from Frasers
Frasers Property Australia has snared homewares wholesaler Bambis to its West Park Industrial Estate, at Truganina.
The tenant, responsible for brands including Salt & Pepper and Curtis Stone, will take an 11,417 square metre complex known as Building B, at 2-22 Efficient Drive.
The warehouse has a high 10 metre clearance and 444 sqm office.
On 1.69 hectares, the asset includes a 36 metre awning and 45 car parks.

The property will double Bambis’ footprint – it is presently based at 1-9 Moreland Road, Coburg, abutting Merri Creek.
