Auction of Journalists Canterbury Home Makes the News
It was at about that time Mr Schildberger purchased an historic family home in Chaucer Crescent, near Canterbury Gardens, the Maling Road shops, and Boroondara Park, which acts as the suburb border to Camberwell.
On a 1621 square metre block, and with a pool and tennis court, the circa-1900 renovated and extended home includes four bedrooms, formal and informal living areas, a study, sunroom, carport and several outdoor entertainment areas.
Marshall White Armadale’s James Tostevin and Geordie Dixon will auction the home at 3:30pm on Saturday August 14. It’s expected to sell for around $3.6 million.
