Heidelberg home of artist for sale

The artist behind the Golden City exhibition is going bush.

Salvatore Trigila, known for his drawings of significant Melbourne buildings, and wife, Valerie Wilson, are moving permanently to their Bankart Gallery in Lancefield, about 100 kilometres north of Melbourne.

Their outgoing home – 58 Hodgson Street, Heidelberg, is expected to sell for more than $780,000.

With four bedrooms and three living areas it is on an elevated block with aspect.

The city is about 10km away.

The pair haven’t engaged a marketing agent.

Mr Trigila’s show was launched by Lord Mayor John So earlier this year.
