The Australian Post-Tel Institute (Queensland) has sold its long-held Spring Hill headquarters with a part-leaseback

API Leisure & Lifestyle, as the organisation is known, held 160 Wharf Street 23 years

The three-storey freehold contains 948 square metres.

The ground floor is configured as a retail showroom.

A top floor balcony offers views of the CBD about 250 metres away.

There are also 10 car parks with the potential to add two more.
