The Australian Post-Tel Institute (Queensland) has sold its long-held Spring Hill headquarters with a part-leaseback
API Leisure & Lifestyle, as the organisation is known, held 160 Wharf Street 23 years
The three-storey freehold contains 948 square metres.
The ground floor is configured as a retail showroom.
A top floor balcony offers views of the CBD about 250 metres away.
There are also 10 car parks with the potential to add two more.

The Spring Hill site spans 590 sqm also exposed to Astor Terrace and Henry St.
Central train station and the Turbot St bus depot are both a short walk away.
Also this week, realestatesource.com.au reported Forza Capital sold 200 Creek St in the suburb, to Direct Commercial Property, for a speculated $55m-plus.
