One of the three bedrooms, on the ground floor.

The three bedroom Tuscan themed townhouse at 1/75-81 Grange Road, part of the Villagio complex, is asking $2500 per week.

The bond is six times that – $15,000.

Suitors can move in from December 24.

Up and on

Mr Postecoglou and his wife, Georgia, paid $3 million for 1/75-81 Grange Rd in 2016 – retaining it as a Melbourne base since moving to Scotland two years ago for the ex-professional soccer player to manage Celtic FC.

It was put up for private sale in June, shortly after Mr Postecoglou was appointed to coach the United Kingdom’s Tottenham Spurs – a role reportedly earning over c$9m a year.

The price – $3.555m – was $255,000 over the upper guide.

It also sold a short 22 days after hitting the market (story continues below).

On 379 square metres, it has a private front and side garden too.

There is a security alarm and video intercom entrance as well.

Villagio residents also have access to an indoor pool, spa and gym.

The street, while not considered AAA-Toorak by local agents, is walking distance to Toorak Village.

Toorak, Melbourne’s priciest suburb with a median value of over $5m, is six kilometres south east of the CBD.
