Alfasi family sell Brisbane base with a leaseback

Alfasi offered the Banyo property with a seven year leaseback.

Alfasi Hire has sold an Australia Trade Coast workshop and storage yard with a leaseback.

The Alfasi family business is banking $13.2 million for 86 and 96 Depot Street, Banyo.

Prosper Group is the buyer.

The result reflects an initial five per cent yield.

The leaseback runs seven years.

After that, the 8446 square metre holding with improvements covering just 13pc of the area, has significant development upside.

The Melbourne based Alfasi family, which also maintains a development arm, paid $3.465m for 86 and 98 Depot St in late 2014.
