Agricultural Land Trust Reaps $11 Million From North Queensland Asset Sale
AGRICULTURAL Land Trust has sold an investment property in north Queensland for $11 million.
The trust told the AFR, which reported the deal, that it sold the asset following an unsolicited offer. It sold at about book value and funds will be used to pay down debt. No address or property type was included in the article.
The deal is due to settle on August 30.
