The tallest building within the mixed-use Aerial project will rise 14 levels. Residents will share an on-site concierge, a 12-seat cinema and a rooftop swimming pool and landscaped deck.
FKP is marketing the penthouse for sale directly. It’s expected to sell for about $4 million.
