Rinnai banks $14.3m for ex-showroom, warehouse
Sealing manufacturer James Walker Australia has bought a Sydney commercial building recently vacated after 32 years by Rinnai – also the seller.
The Wetherill Park property, 62 Elizabeth Street, cost $14.3 million.
On 4447 square metres zoned E4 General Industrial with two crossovers, it contains a 3114 sqm freestanding building with a showroom and offices.
A large warehouse, with an 8.6 metre clearance, is accessed from two container-height roller doors.
There is also car parking.

Operating in Australia for 85 years, its UK parent, James Walker Group, headquartered in Woking, Surrey, was founded in London in 1882.
The group owns its existing Australian base – 32 Clapham Road, Sefton, also referred to as being in Regents Park.
Rinnai bought the Elizabeth St property in 1994.
It was represented for the on sale by Jock Tyson and Andy Lam of Colliers with JLL’s Matthew Pizzonia and David Brush.
Wetherill Park is about 40 kilometres west of the CBD.
