New Plans Lodged For Ritz Carlton Hotel, Sydney
The new proposal, detailed in the AFR, would see part of the site replaced with a nine level building, with 93 flats and parking for 154 cars. A retail component would be at the lower levels.
Identities known to have stayed at the hotel include former US President Bill Clinton and pop singer Madonna.
