Paul “Fatty” Vautin lists Gold Coast holiday home for $1.175m

NRL Footy Show host Paul “Fatty” Vautin is selling one of his Gold Coast properties.

The ex-Rugby Union player, captain and coach is asking $1.175 million for the Broadbeach villa he bought for $410,000 in 2000 and has used as a holiday home and investment.

The contemporary double-storey dwelling with three bedrooms, two living areas and a double garage is being marketed by Evelyn Castaldi and Jeff Burchell of agency John Henderson Professionals Real Estate.

According to realestate.com.au, the villa had previously been rented out at $750 per week. Elsewhere on the Gold Coast, Vautin owns real estate in Mermaid Beach and Merrimac
