Yarraville servo trades for eight figure sum

The property intersects Leek Street, which directly connects to Yarraville’s main retail thoroughfare.

A Shell-backed service station which recently replaced a Beaurepaires in Melbourne’s inner west Yarraville has traded for $10.9 million.

Elite Property Group developed the facility at 250-258 Whitehall Street, on 3080 square metres at the south west corner of Leek.

It was offered with a 10 year lease; the occupant also pays rent annually in advance.

There are four truck bays with a 5.5 metre clearance.

Burgess Rawson’s Zomart He, Jamie Perlinger, Scott Meighan and Billy Holderhead marketed the property, beside a modern low-rise industrial park and opposite CSR Gyprock’s head office (story continues below).

The sale price reflects a 5.72 per cent

Yarraville is about six kilometres from the city.
