Lithium group shifts HQ across state

EG Funds has lured an ASX-listed lithium group from Adelaide to Perth’s 2 Mill Street.

The tenant is paying a gross rent of c$706 per square, per annum for the 938 square metre, recently renovated space, which will become its headquarters.

ATCO, KBR and the Department of Health are amongst the other occupiers.

A café is also set to open within a new ground floor tenancy.

CBRE’s Luke Bray – the agent – said the 12 level, 11,486 sqm A-grade office has just been refurbished with new lobbies – including on the ground floor – bathrooms and end of trip facilities (story continues below).

EG paid $79 million for 2 Mill Street (marked) in 2019.

EG paid $79.05m for 2 Mill St in November, 2019.

That seller, AMP Capital managed Sunsuper Capital, outlaid $35.7m in 1997.
