Wollongong Mixed Use Complex Sells For $6.1 Million
LOCAL developer Joe Cachia has paid $6.1 million for a partly completed mixed use complex in Wollongong.
The six-floor property, known as Ambience in Fairy Meadow, includes 30 apartments and ground floor retail. Construction of the project halted when it was handed to receivers KordaMentha.
Knight Frank acted for KordaMentha selling the Wollongong property.
