Wayne Sidwell lists Toorak home

Wellcom Worldwide founder and executive chairman Wayne Sidwell has listed his French Provincial style home in Toorak’s tree-lined Stradbroke Avenue.

The executive can expect more than $7.5 million, sources say, for the Robert Schulberg penned house.

Over four levels it includes a five car garage, four bedrooms, two studies, a gym and rooftop terrace with city views.

It occupies a 610 square metre site sharing a fence with landmark Coonac.

Toorak is about five kilometres from town.

In August, a tennis court in the street – marketed as new home site – sold for $7.8m – more than $2m over reserve.

Last month it was reported Mr Sidwell paid c$13m for a home in Sydney’s Point Piper. On Wyuna Road property, it marketed by Sotheby’s James McCowan on behalf of the Fiani family.

Mr Sidwell has paid $7.1m for the Stradbroke Ave home in 2007.

He is represented by Kay & Burton’s Gowan Stubbings and Julia de Campo.
