Two tenants fill ex-Nolan Group HQ
One of seven south east Melbourne buildings vacated by textiles supplier Nolan Group following its consolidation to one office/warehouse, has been leased.
Also the textile supplier’s ex-headquarters, 5 and 7 Conifer Crescent, Dingley Village, was taken up by two tenants following a shell redesign.
Both properties include car parking and rear loading access via electric roller doors.
The initial lease terms are three years.
“The property…was repositioned in response to strong market demand for mid-sized industrial spaces in Melbourne’s south east,” Cushman & Wakefield agents, Gareth Jackson and Kosta Filinis, said.
Auction house, packaging group move in
Donington Auctions, which trades historic cars and motorbikes, as well as home antiques and collectables, has taken up the bigger space, 7 Conifer Cr, spreading 1594 square metres.
It has quit a 906 sqm headquarters and trading room in Wandarri Court, Cheltenham (pictured, top), which recently hit the market for sale.
Meanwhile, Netra Hospitality & Hygiene, which produces disposable food packages and cleaning supplies, has leased 1569 sqm – 5 Conifer Cr.
It is presently at nearby 1 Duigan Drive, Moorabbin Airport.
“The Bayside market has been crying out for spaces in the 1000-2000 sqm range,” Mr Jackson said.
“By repositioning the asset, we were able to tap into that demand and deliver a fast, low-risk leasing outcome for our client,” according to the executive.
Mr Filinis added “Dingley Village continues to attract a diverse mix of tenants, and this campaign shows how a tailored strategy can unlock real value”.
Nolan consolidated to a 7961 sqm headquarters and distribution centre within Fraser Property Industrial’s Rubix estate, at Dandenong South – neighbouring properties, 2 Goodall Close and 25 Fox Dve.
The group also occupied a building next to 5 and 7 Conifer Cr.
