Two Prahran apartment projects unveiled
Two residential projects were unveiled for sites in Prahran’s Grattan Street, between Greville and Commercial Road.
The biggest 3181 Prahran, would rise seven levels and contain 42 dwellings.
It is penned by Studio DP Architecture.
Upper level apartments would offer city views.
The design would also see a hanging garden drape over Commercial Rd.
Marshall White’s Marcus Chiminello and David Poulton are marketing these units off the plan from $425,000. Construction should start in October.
Meanwhile at a nearby site opposite Grattan Gardens, Bird de la Coeur Architects with interior designer SJB Interiors, is proposing Nero.
Colliers International’s Tim Storey and Gary McCrone are the agents; the six floor complex at 13-16 Grattan St will include 39 dwellings.
All will include a winter garden which can be weatherproofed.
Entry level units there are a little cheaper ($365,000).
Two bedrooms are just under $700,000.
