Tucks Ridge Vineyard For Sale

The 10-hectare vineyard includes farm buildings, a bluestone restaurant and cellar door sales area. These businesses are leased to two operators for about two more years.

Paton Real Estate director and selling agent Blane Paton says the business operators are keen to renew their leases. He describes Tucks Ridge as the most photographed vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula.

Meanwhile, in town, MrHollick has failed to sell a landmark Albert Park home, on St Vincents Place, known locally as "the big red brick one on the corner". It was expected to sell for close to $6million.

Mr Hollick is moving to an apartment at Becton’s One East Melbourne development, near the Flinders Street Station railyards.
