Tradezone leases Goodman distribution centre
Online electrical wholesaler Tradezone has leased part of Goodman’s Huntingwood East Distribution Centre as its maiden Sydney location.
The agreement was secured prior to the incumbent tenant moving out.
The tenancy, B, 8 Oatley Close, Huntingwood East, contains 10,196 square metres accessed via nine on-grade roller shutters.
It also offers drive around truck access, a secure hardstand area and car park.
CBRE’s John Micallef, Cameron Grier and Moshe Greengarten were the agents (story continues below).
Their deal comes two months since QLS Logistics committed for 10 years to Charter Hall’s Huntingwood East Logistics Park, which is under construction at 421-427 Flushcombe Road.
That landlord also recently acquired a 35 hectare industrial development site at nearby Eastern Creek from the Western Sydney Parklands Trust.
Huntingwood is about 30 kilometres west of Sydney.
