Three Agricultural Properties Sell

The 1,561 square metre property was sold by Ray White Rural’s Tim Lyne and Rob Patterson, and reported in today’s Australian Financial Review.

A 24,207 square metre working sheep station, Arkaba Station, in Port Augusta, South Australia, is also reported as sold, to a tourism operator. Landmark Real Estate’s Simon McIntyre negotiated the sale.

Meanwhile in a town near Wagga Wagga, a 32-hectare lifestyle property on the Murrumbidgee River, sold for $790,000 after passing in at auction. Landmark Real Estate’s Simon Playfair negotiated that sale.
