Ted Baillieu Guest of Honour at Knight Frank Party
The real estate agency originally occupied space in a building on the site when it was owned by Mr Baillieu’s great uncle, W.L. Baillieu. The new building was developed 30 years ago and is owned by Dexus Property Group.
Mr Baillieu was a senior director for the national arm of Baillieu Knight Frank for 25 years until 1998. In 2000, he and his brother, Ian, sold their 20% interest in the company to Knight Frank UK. His family formed Baillieu Allard Real Estate in the peak of the Victorian land boom in the mid-1880s.
