Major $145 Million Village Planned for Site Near Sunshine Coast
THE Azure Blue Kawana Lifestyle Community will be developed on a 6.3 hectare site at Wurtulla near Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
The site will include 130 retirement village units with 48 serviced apartments, 70 luxury villas and a 96 bed aged care service, Blue Care executive director Stephen Muggleton told the AFR.
