Victorian’s Favour Variable Home Loans

When choosing a loan to finance a property purchase, Victorian borrowers are favouring variable rate loans, which now make up 90% of all loan approvals – the most of any state. Fixed rate loans remain well out of favour, representing less than 2% of all home loan approvals, according to Mortgage Choice loan data for December 2008.
