High Rise Apartment Building Planned For Dimmeys Richmond Site

A MONTH after Richmond’s iconic Dimmeys building was added to the Victorian Heritage Register, its new owner has lodged a permit to develop a 9-level, 89-unit apartment building, on land at the rear of the property.
