Devine Completes $8 Million Land Swap With Wyndham City Council

Leading developer Devine Communities has agreed to a land swap with the Wyndham City Council that will give residents at its soon-to-be-relaunched Arndell residential estate in Truganina access to approximately $8 million worth of new community facilities, including three new soccer fields and a new community centre.
