City of Bendigo Appeals to VCAT to Stop Shopping Centre Development

The City of Greater Bendigo will ask the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal to reject a planning application for a $25 million shopping centre – because of the impact the development could have on other businesses in the provincial town.
