TWO retail assets in Campasie, Sydney, have sold to Asian investors.

In the biggest deal a property at 266 – 272 Beamish Street sold after auction for $3.69 million reflecting a yield of 3.9 per cent.

It included four ground floor shops, two office units and a residential component and had an internal building area of 826 square metres.
