APN Property Group Sells 120 Docklands Drive For $33.01 Million

APN Property Group director Howard Brenchley said the cash strapped developer will use the $33.01 million it has just pocketed from the sale of a Docklands office building, to reinvest into its other opportunites “at a time when significant opportunity presents itself”.
