Apartments and Townhouses for Denton Mills Hat Factory Site, Abbotsford
DEVELOPER Burbank Homes has lodged an application to redevelop the Denton Hat Mill factory, in Abbotsford. Sources say the 113-year-old heritage-protected factory will be converted into 20 townhouses, 38 apartments and nine retail shops.
